Job summary

Vinci is seeking a Release Manager & QA Engineer in Palo Alto to safeguard reliability and coordinate deployment cycles. You will lead verification and validation of our AI models and web platform, ensuring accurate predictions and stable software for customers.

You will design tests, automate where possible, and drive Go/No-Go decisions across teams. The role blends software quality with hardware-aware engineering in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering with test strategy design.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into structured test logic and reusable plans.
• Strong attention to detail and risk-based decision-making for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Experience deploying in Linux/Debian environments and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Release Lifecycle and be the final gatekeeper for production deployments.
• Bridge engineering & product to translate updates into actionable release notes.
• Architect end-to-end automated test suites validating web UI and AI inference engines.
• Validate numerical accuracy by comparing AI-generated results with benchmarks.
