• Prepare release decks, runbooks, readiness reports, and release communications.
• Lead Go/No-Go discussions, release execution calls, and post-release issue triage.
• Maintain governance standards, version control, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support PMO activities, including RAID logs, resource planning, financial reporting, and Clarity PPM administration.

• Release Management – Monthly release planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, Go/No-Go meetings, runbooks, and post-release issue management.
• Process Governance & Compliance – Release governance, change control, audit readiness, RAID tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Clarity PPM / Project Management Tools – Portfolio management, resource forecasting, financial tracking, program scheduling, and status reporting.
