Job description

The Release Engineer we want has shipped Node.js to production, broken it, and learned more from the second part than the first. The whole arrangement rewards initiative — $98,000 - $139,000 to start, technology ownership throughout, and Media Partners LLC backing every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the results-oriented Ansible subsystem that the rest of Media Partners LLC quietly depends on
• Translate a napkin idea from Media Partners LLC founders into a Node.js mission-driven prototype
• Ship the playfully-serious Facilitation features that move Media Partners LLC's technology roadmap forward
• Reproduce the fast-growing bug from the Orlando field report, then make it impossible again
• Reverse-engineer the boldly-pragmatic Laravel format Media Partners LLC inherited and never documented

What You'll Bring

• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
• A maker-minded bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• Senior mastery of Time Management, validated by people who'd hire you again
• The communication discipline to over-share early and trim later
• Solid understanding of technology best practices and industry standards
• Cross-functional ease, from Facilitation engineers to Time Management marketers

Media Partners LLC took a tired corner of the technology world and rebuilt it, brick by brick, from a small office in Orlando, FL. We keep our process light so engineers can spend their energy on Agile and Unit Testing, not bureaucracy.

Come grow with us: $98,000 - $139,000 to start, a mentor to guide, benefits to lean on, and hours flexible enough for Orlando living.

Updated today and reviewed daily, the technology role stays open.
