Job summary

ABM is seeking an entry-level Relay Technician to inspect, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and document electrical power distribution equipment in commercial, industrial, and utility settings. You will work under the direction of qualified senior technicians, engineers, or project leads to develop your skills and knowledge in line with NETA Level I expectations.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $50.00 to $65.00, with potential eligibility for company incentive programs.

Job description

The Relay Technician supports the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of electrical power distribution equipment in commercial, industrial, and utility environments. This role performs entry-level to developing technician work under the direction of qualified senior technicians, engineers, or project leads. Certification is not required; however, the role is expected to demonstrate the knowledge, safety awareness, and work practices consistent with a NETA Level I / trainee-level electrical testing technician.

Pay: $50.00 –$65.00 per hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
