Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group, a Phoenix, AZ-based law firm, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and support complex litigation.

You will partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows, ensure secure storage and chain-of-custody, and perform QA checks to deliver accurate, timely results. Strong analytical skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
