Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters in Phoenix. The role focuses on managing electronic evidence, applying RelativityOne analytics, and collaborating with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate results.

The ideal candidate has five or more years of Relativity experience, advanced RelativityOne skills, and a strong understanding of EDRM/ACEDS. Flexibility for demanding deadlines and extended workweeks is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency with workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, and tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong analytical judgment and communication when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
