Job summary

Talent With Heart client seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence for complex litigation. You will handle RelativityOne workflows, apply advanced analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Responsibilities include data workflow translation, workspace management, and quality control across intake, processing, loading, production, and archival. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and clear communication with attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
