Arnall Golden Gregory LLP seeks a Litigation Support Analyst to support the Litigation Practice with electronic discovery, document review, and productions. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and vendors to organize case data, support Relativity workflows, and prepare timely productions.

The ideal candidate has practical Relativity experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong client-service orientation.

Competenze

• 2+ years in litigation support, eDiscovery, or equivalent in a law firm or legal dept.
• Hands-on Relativity skills with production setup, export, and QC.
• Working knowledge of TIFF/PDF, native files, extracted text, metadata, and load files.
• Familiarity with processing, review coding, redactions, privilege designations, confidentiality, and family relationships.
• Accuracy and troubleshooting: reconcile counts, identify errors, document resolutions.
• Organization and communication: manage multiple matters and deadlines; explain technical issues to nontechnical users.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets and handling sensitive information.

Mansioni

• Prepare and execute Relativity productions per specifications, including loading files and Bates numbering.
• Validate production populations, counts, metadata, redactions, and privilege handling; obtain approvals before release.
• Package and securely deliver productions; maintain production logs and reproducible steps.
• Assist with Relativity workspace setup, data imports/exports, saved searches, and reporting.
• Coordinate data intake from clients and vendors; check completeness and mapping; resolve processing issues.
• Help attorneys and paralegals locate, organize, review, and export documents for discovery and trial prep.
• Track assignments and deadlines; keep Litigation Manager informed of status, risks, and needs.
• Follow confidentiality and process/documentation standards; suggest workflow improvements.
