Job summary

Royal Banks of Missouri seeks a Relationship Teller (I-III) at our Jerseyville branch. You will provide superior client service, open new accounts, and handle teller transactions as part of Retail Banking. This full-time role reports to the Retail Sales Manager and participates in related sales activities.

Availability requires 40 hours per week, including Saturday mornings; benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K match, life insurance, FSA, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Banking experience preferred (2+ years).
• Client service experience preferred.
• Sales experience/skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, cash checks and loan payments.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell products to clients and prospects.
• Answer phone inquiries and handle client questions.
• Log client calls and interactions in bank software.
• Meet performance goals and adhere to policies.
