Border Bank in Fargo, ND is hiring for full-time and part-time Teller positions. Tellers provide an exceptional customer experience by assisting with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and educating customers on banking products.

Shifts run 7:45am–6:15pm, with rotating Saturdays paid at double time. Requirements include a high school degree (or equivalent), basic office/computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to count money.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and ability to use office equipment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential.
• Must have the manual dexterity to count money accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate cash drawer balance and secure handling of cash.
• Assist in branch operations including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and monetary instruments.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, Funds Availability, and related policies.
