Bell Bank is hiring a Teller to serve customers with courteous, accurate transactions and to promote Bell Bank services in Fargo/North Dakota region. You will handle routine teller duties, maintain a neat workspace, and protect customer information while supporting branch goals.

We value high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays, with opportunities in various branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Accurately processes financial transactions, fulfilling customer requests in a timely manner to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Addresses customer issues and grievances as able; escalates complex issues to ensure accurate resolution.
• Produces high quality technical work with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with minimal errors.
• Knows Bell Bank services and refers customers to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintains a clean, professional environment around tills and customer areas.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of personal customer information.
• Completes annual trainings including departmental, security, and banking regulation trainings.
