Relationship Representative, Remote Sales, Non-Health Accounts

We’re searching for a Relationship Representative to join our Sales team, so that we can support our Remote Sales customers throughout the sales process. The Relationship Executive will have an assigned quota within our Non-Health Accounts territory and will work to form and maintain relationships with existing customers to facilitate business growth and achieve sales results.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with non-healthcare clients, serving as a trusted advisor and first point of contact.
  • Understand client’s needs and educate on the value of RLDatix solutions in order to strategically align their needs to our RLD360 platform.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client’s expectations are met.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities in the non-healthcare sector.
  • Monitor RFP postings, evaluate requirements, and develop pipeline and plans to pursue relevant opportunities in non-healthcare sector.
  • Identify potential opportunities for cross-sell and upsell to facilitate business growth within existing accounts.
  • Document and update customer accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
