Relationship Representative I – Shadeland Ave. – Indianapolis, Indiana

The Relationship Representative welcomes and engages members, completing transactions with high accuracy. The role includes educating and advising on financial solutions through products and services based on member needs and goals. Key responsibilities include member outreach programs, new deposit account openings, and retail operations, contributing to branch safety and compliance.

A Learning Path provides development from Relationship Representative I through III, with options to pursue further Retail Operations or other career paths.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting wage: $21.88 per hour. Eligible positions also offer a comprehensive benefits package. Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Creates value by actively engaging members during account transactions and advising on credit union products and services.
• Maintains member accounts, makes telephonic outbound calls, and engages in outreach activities to build member relationships while promoting products and services.
• Proactively engages with members to solve their financial needs and goals.
• Participates in the required Learning Path for continuous development and obtains Centra certification.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Minimum of one to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Qualifications

Equivalent combination of education and experience or better. Preferred to have Under 1 year of similar or related experience.
