About the Role

You will play a key role in providing sound financial planning and wealth management solutions to our retail customers, leveraging both in-person interactions and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial advice and holistic wealth planning solutions to retail clients
  • Acquire and grow a portfolio of clients through various channels including referrals, events, and networking
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and risk profiling to recommend suitable investment, insurance, and banking products
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering professional, value-added service and advice
  • Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and product knowledge to ensure sound advisory
  • Leverage digital tools and hybrid work arrangements to engage clients effectively across channels
  • For senior roles you will mentor junior staff, support team development, and contribute to business strategy execution

Requirements

  • A recognized Bachelor's degree or a Diploma from a local polytechnic
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Passion for financial planning and wealth management; no prior experience required (training will be provided)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally
  • Self-motivated, client-centric, and results-driven
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
