In collaboration with our Director, Wealth Partners, the Relationship Manager, Wealth Partners will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with Wealth Partner firms, playing a critical role in advisor engagement, business development, and practice management support. This role involves collaborating across departments, executing initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations within Savant’s Turnkey Asset Management Program. By driving key initiatives, the Relationship Manager will contribute to the growth of the Wealth Partners Program and enhance the overall advisor and client experience.

The Relationship Manager, Wealth Partners can expect to focus in the following areas:
- Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with Wealth Partner firms.
- Support in monitoring client satisfaction and retention strategies.
- Serve as an additional point of contact for partner inquiries and support needs.
- Help track, follow up, and coordinate responses for prospective Wealth Partners firms.
- Create materials and presentations for sales efforts.
- Support the Director in lead generation initiatives by conducting research and coordinating outreach.
- Liaise with internal teams (Investment Research, Portfolio Management, Advice, Client Services) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new Wealth Partners firms, ensuring proper training and integration.
- Help evaluate and implement new capabilities and offerings for Wealth Partners firms.
- Maintain organized documentation and reports related to partner engagement, sales activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the Director in executing key growth initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate follow-ups and track action items from meetings with Wealth Partners firms.
- Prepare reports and analytics to assess business opportunities and performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Wealth Partners team.
A couple things to note about ourRelationship Manager, Wealth Partners position:
- This position ideally is based in our Atlanta, GA office. We may consider other office hubs, but highly prefer this person to be based in Atlanta.
- After training, the potential to work ahybrid work-model will be reviewed.
- Typical office hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Some evenings & weekends as needed for events.
- Minimal travel will be required. Less than 10% expected.
The Relationship Manager, Wealth Partners position typically requires the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in investment management, financial services, or an advisory support role, with demonstrated ability to develop and client relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, Business, Marketing or other related field.
- Series 65 License (or equivalent) is required or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire date.
- Certified Financial Planner, CFA, or other relevant industry designations are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as financial planning and securities balancing software
- Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment and experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills

The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $86,100 - $118,400. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
