TCM Bank is in Tampa, FL. This is a remote opportunity. If living outside of the area, travel expectations would be at least 4 times (overnight travel) per year. SUMMARY:

The Relationship Management, Senior Specialist cultivates and manages high-level client relationships to drive retention and growth. This role involves strategic planning, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional service/support delivery and client satisfaction. The role will be required to use an offensive sales strategy to expand the business by setting plans, executing the strategy, and obtaining results successfully.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and oversee the relationship management efforts for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Work proactively to provide the client with thought leadership and strategic guidance, helping to determine the best solutions to fulfill the bank's needs.
  • Create and utilize offensive sales strategies, including client penetration and market development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor client feedback and performance metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives for client success.
  • Manage complex client issues and conflicts, providing timely resolutions and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and/or services with the client portfolio.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and updates to senior management on client relationships and performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • 10+ years of experience in Community Banking or Credit Card Issuing Industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with some experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid ability to understand complex business, product, and technical concepts and make balanced judgments when faced with trade-offs.
  • Strong planning and execution skills with the ability to build a consensus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to innovate/ideate (think outside the box).
