About The Role

To be accountable for high client retention, satisfaction and products utilized through holistic oversight of all aspects of the client relationship, by serving as a primary point of contact. This position is responsible for high consultant and client satisfaction by increasing participant engagement, driving high client retention, and generating new business with client cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  1. Consistently hit quarterly Big 3 goals while embodying our CARE values.
  2. Ensure greater than 99% net revenue retention.
  3. Effectively manage assigned book of business: awareness of client status, trends, provide proactive communication and expectation setting, establishment of positive relationship.
  4. Responsible for being aware of client’s objectives, key strategies, leaders and stakeholders in order to establishing yourself as a credible, trusted advocate.
  5. Identify and execute on client revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  6. Develop and lead client quality partnership reviews for Enterprise and Elite clients.
  7. Clearly and proactively communicate and collaborate with the broader client service team and leadership to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  8. Effectively demonstrate the value of our partnership to your assigned book of business and ensure the client understands how to navigate the service experience.
  9. Ensure a smooth plan year renewal process through internal and external collaboration.
  10. Proactively plan for and manage client contract renewals.
  11. Responsible for the coordination of timely and effective delivery of information and issue resolution and ensure pro-active follow-up.
  12. Client NPS at or above 40.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-5 years’ experience as relationship manager, or similar role.
  3. Must have experience in pre-tax, COBRA, Ben Admin, Wellness, Tuition Reimbursement or other related benefits.
  4. Proven ability to manage strategic benefits discussions.
  5. Proficiency with relationship management CRMs.
  6. Facilitation of collaborative workgroups toward process improvement and issue resolution.
  7. Upsell / Cross sell ability.
  8. Ability to speak to, and work with technical processes and procedures.
  9. Identify process efficiencies for clients and company.
  10. Takes initiative to uncover/develop solutions prior to escalating issues.
  11. Analyze consumer needs and develop innovative solution.
  12. Identify and track progress on client goals.
  13. Ability to multi-task.
  14. Team player.
  15. Empathetic to customer needs.
  16. Meticulous attention to detail.
  17. Desire to excel and grow each day.

Salary Offered

$70,000 - $85,000 per year
