What you'll own

• Be Go Rentals' face inside the partnership — the trusted liaison between our national field network and our partner's Owner Services, Crew Logistics, and Flight Operations teams.
• Orchestrate real-time reservations for Owners, executives, and flight crews — including high-stakes, same-day requests where minutes matter.
• Curate VIP experiences: the right vehicle, prepped to preference, waiting before they even ask.
• Be the first call when something needs fixing — and the reason it gets solved fast.
• Drive the partnership forward, growing revenue and raising the service bar year over year.

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift covered, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, hospitality, premium guest services, aviation/FBO operations, or luxury ground transportation, with a track record of managing VIP or high-net-worth clients.
• Internal candidates: a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Lead Carcierge or above.
• Demonstrated success owning a client or partner relationship, including service recovery and escalation resolution under time pressure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the poise to represent two premium brands in an executive aviation environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability, managing concurrent real-time reservations and same-day changes with accuracy.
• Proficiency with reservation/CRM or dispatch systems and standard business software (Outlook, Excel).
• Available to work on-site at the partner's operations control center in OH, with flexibility for early, late, weekend, or holiday coverage aligned to flight activity.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license with a clear driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, aviation management, or a related field.
• Experience in private aviation, charter, or working alongside flight operations and crew logistics teams.
• Familiarity with service-level agreement (SLA) management, performance reporting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Background in luxury or 5-star service settings (luxury hotels, concierge, or high-end automotive).

License Requirements

• Active and unrestricted driver's license in the assigned work state with a clear driving record.
• Current and valid auto insurance or proof of insurability.
