As a Relationship Manager III - C&IB within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, based in Louisville, KY, you will serve clients with sales from $5 million to $50 million.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop relationship strategies and manage activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  2. Create strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, handling origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
  3. Manage risk and drive quality for clients, actively identifying and mitigating various risks.
  4. Focus on client opportunities, providing insights based on client needs and financial well-being, and drive client engagement and loyalty.
  5. Manage a network of relationships to acquire and expand clients, leveraging PNC's full range of products and services.
  6. Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests, utilizing advanced credit knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; higher education or certifications preferred.
  • Industry-relevant experience of 8+ years.
  • Skills include client relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, and sales negotiation.
