As a Relationship Manager II within PNC's Healthcare Business Banking organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, growing sales, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, working with clients with moderate risk and complexity.
  • Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue and increase share of wallet.
  • Identify client opportunities, provide insights based on client needs, and focus on increasing engagement and loyalty.
  • Build internal and external relationships to acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, and enhance the client experience. Present the full range of PNC's products and services, leveraging reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations, implement client solutions, collaborate with internal partners, and manage contacts effectively. Regularly review business results and pipeline with internal teams.
Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, including:

  • Preferred Skills: Book of Business, Client Relationship Building, Credit, Customer Engagement, Financial Analysis, Sales Opportunities.
  • Core Competencies: Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience, Decision Making, Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Needs Understanding.
  • Work Experience: Typically 5+ years in relevant industry roles, with a university/college degree or equivalent experience and certifications as applicable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certifications/Licenses: No specific certifications required; licensing may be necessary depending on role.
