The Relationship Manager II - C&IB within PNC's Commercial Banking organization is based in Denver, CO.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location, requiring time in the office or in the field regularly. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at the manager's discretion.

Commercial Banking provides financial services to companies with sales from $5 million to $50 million. You will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting relationship building within a fast-paced environment, and adding value through innovative approaches and technology platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing relationship activities with clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, typically with moderate risk and complexity.
  2. Acquiring, expanding, and retaining client relationships, handling origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of products and services.
  3. Managing risk and ensuring quality for clients, actively identifying and mitigating various risks.
  4. Focusing on client opportunities by understanding their needs and increasing engagement and loyalty.
  5. Building effective internal and external networks to acquire and expand clients, leveraging reporting and sales tools.
  6. Analyzing and mitigating credit risk for complex requests based on advanced credit fundamentals and policies.

  • Work Experience: Typically requires a university/college degree and 5+ years relevant experience. Certifications may be required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $74,750 - $152,030, incentive eligible, varies by location and experience. PNC offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
