As a Relationship Manager II - C&IB within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Austin, TX.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

About Commercial Banking

Provides financial services to companies with sales from $5 million to $50 million. You will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting relationship growth and client engagement through innovative approaches and leveraging technology platforms.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate relationship management activities to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals.
  2. Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, handling credit and non-credit products and services.
  3. Manage risk and drive quality for clients, actively identifying and mitigating various risks.
  4. Focus on client opportunities by providing insights based on client needs and financial well-being.
  5. Manage relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, leveraging reporting and sales tools.
  6. Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex requests using advanced credit fundamentals.
Qualifications
