The Role
As a Relationship Manager at AscentDS, you will be instrumental in driving loan originations in the construction and bridge segments. You'll manage the entire sales cycle and ensuring efficient workflows across multiple teams, including Sales, Underwriting, Construction, and Operations. Your focus will be on building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through loan funding. You will also collaborate with other divisions to transform lending opportunities into successful, funded loans, thereby playing a key role in Ascent’s growth and success.

The pay range for this role is:
140,000 - 170,000 USD per year (Los Angeles, CA)
