Erie Title is seeking an outgoing, relationship-focused professional to join our Northwest Ohio team as Assistant Relationship Manager & Closer. The role focuses on building relationships with real estate professionals and guiding transactions through to close.

Responsibilities include coordinating closings with title and escrow teams, providing client support, and delivering mobile or in-office closings across Northwest Ohio. Ohio Notary Commission is required within six months.

Qualifications

• Resident of Ohio.
• Current Ohio Notary Public commission or ability to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable networking and developing professional relationships.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and other real estate professionals in Northwest Ohio.
• Coordinate with title and escrow teams to ensure a smooth closing experience.
• Attend meetings and events to support Erie Title's market presence.
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers and real estate professionals throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct mobile and in-office closings across Northwest Ohio and provide notary services after Ohio Notary Commission is obtained.
