Job summary

FirstBank is seeking a Shared Credit Services - Relationship Manager Associate (SCS-RMA) to support the Relationship Manager team and deliver high-level client service. The role focuses on processing, loan documentation, and coordination with Consumer Real Estate and Retail Banking teams to generate favorable client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Consumer Real Estate and/or Retail Banking teams as needed.
• Prepare and review all loan-related account documentation and monitor loan closing process.
• Review loan files for completeness and collateral security.
• Provide consistent, distinctive service to internal clients and uphold the FirstBank service standard.
• Adhere to bank policies, laws, regulations, controls, risk policies and security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
