ProSight Financial Association in the United States is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow our Learning & Development client base. You will manage existing customers, renew contracts, and lead discussions to upsell the Learning Manager System to key decision-makers.
In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you will travel within your territory to present to executives, build account strategies, forecast results, and support campaign efforts, with a competitive base and commission structure.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships with existing Learning & Development customers through direct customer contact and calling on bank and credit union customers in an assigned territory to identify business needs, renew existing products and sell additional products. Based on customer needs assessment and potential account value, the Relationship Manager may travel to give executive‑level presentations to key decision‑makers. As a member of the Learning & Development sales team, you will work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the business goals by meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives. ProSight has a strong brand and a leading market position in an industry where compliance requirements are increasing dramatically, all creating much opportunity for sales growth.
The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 which includes base salary and participation in a commission plan based on individual sales results.
