Relationship Manager

We are seeking an outgoing and customer service-oriented relationship manager to join our organization and work with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions.

Responsibilities

• Opening Clients’ accounts, including guiding Clients in filling all necessary forms such as KYC, FATCA Questionnaire, CRS Self Certification, Suitability Questionnaire, etc. and coordinating with Compliance and Back Office to insure due process is performed
• Managing the relationship with the institution’s Clients, including communicating necessary information from time to time, presenting new and existing products and explaining the underlying risks associated with each product along with its potential benefits, and following up on each Client’s needs, concerns, and inquiries
• Receiving Clients’ instructions, following up on the execution of such instructions, and recording the corresponding transactions on the Clients’ accounts
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee

Relevant Experience

2 to 3 years.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration.
