ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receives, reviews and evaluates commercial and consumer loan requests
• Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain information and documentation
• Monitors and reviews construction and development loans
• Maintains repossessed properties and assists in collection activities
• Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally
• Assist Commercial and Consumer Loan personnel as needed
• Must be very familiar with Cache Valley Bank’s credit policy

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Communicate clearly, accurately and cordially through email and telephone
• Ability to use financial calculator and related computer applications
• Knowledge of loan documentation experience is helpful but not required
• Strong analytical abilities
• Solid interviewing skills
• Sparak banking system experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented, accurate and efficient
• Team player who also displays individual initiative
• Maintain the highest ethical standards as defined by Cache Valley Bank’s vision and values.
