A prominent financial services company is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead a service team and provide strategic partnership to retirement plan clients. This role is fully remote, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in retirement services. Candidates must have significant client-facing experience and are expected to manage relationships proactively. Competitive salary range is $80,000 to $130,000, based on experience.

Lincoln has an opening for a Relationship Manager who is passionate about helping plan sponsors and financial professionals deliver the best retirement plan experience. As a Relationship Manager, you will lead an experienced service team and serve as the single point of accountability for our clients in the Midwest/Northeast region. With an entrepreneurial approach, you will form new relationships, ensure appropriate price and service offering, and strategize on plan optimization, focusing on client satisfaction and retention.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Base pay is one component of Lincoln’s total rewards and may be complemented by an Annual Incentive Program and other rewards per policy.
