We are excited to bring on a Relationship Management Specialist for our Local Market Account Management Team. In this role, you will be part of our Workplace Solutions organization in a work from home environment. Preferred locations include those in the Northeast, Pacific and/or Mountain time zones, Tampa and/or Central Florida, and Dallas and/or Houston, Texas.
Background Details
As a Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers within the 100 to 500 lives segment by supporting their overall group benefits plan administration needs. You will be accountable for providing dedicated service to an assigned case load, offering a recommendable and consistent customer experience, identifying root causes to mitigate future problems and to enhance the overall customer experience through multiple methods of communication (i.e., email, phone, meetings, etc.). You will be responsible for managing the relationships, handling escalations, and addressing the customer and broker’s service needs as they are received through your queue and designated client/broker relationships.

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
