Responsibilities for Relationship Management Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:
CORE Bulk Transfer Support:
- Review submitted bulk transfer requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Process and coordinate bulk transfer activities within the CORE platform.
- Create, update, and maintain tracking tools for all bulk transfer requests.
- Monitor transfers through completion and ensure required documentation is maintained.
- Partner with clients, new providers, Relationship Managers and internal teams to communicate processes, ensure timely execution, answer questions, and resolve issues related to transfer requests.
- Identify and elevate risks, issues, or delays that may impact completion timelines.
- Follow documented procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate processing.
Project Coordination & Reporting:
- Maintain status reports and dashboards related to bulk transfer activity.
- Track and report monthly transfer volumes, completion metrics, and operational performance.
- Support data validation and quality assurance efforts.
- Assist with operational projects and process improvement initiatives related to bulk transfer activities.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support business reporting and auditing needs.
Candidates for Relationship Management Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, operational, project coordination, or business support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Experience managing data, tracking requests, or coordinating operational workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience supporting operational processes, workflow management, or project-based work.
- Experience hosting conference calls with multiple attendees.
- Familiarity with project management and tracking tools.
- Experience creating operational reports and maintaining performance metrics.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.
- Experience supporting client-facing teams or service organizations.

This Relationship Management Operations Specialist is being recruited by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
Pay Details:
$18.19 per hour
