The Relationship Management Director oversees defined portfolios of partnerships, with accountability for partnership performance, value realization, and long-term growth. This role identifies expansion opportunities, monitors portfolio health, and develops performance metrics to assess impact by translating relationship insights into actionable recommendations and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen renewals, improve value capture, and inform future partnership strategy.
