• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.

You will work both independently and collaboratively to introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients. Your role involves growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space. Emerging Middle Market bankers generally focus on companies with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million.
