Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to bank locations if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: handles deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and negotiable instruments.
• Cash Management & Vault Operations: assist with cash drawer balancing and vault procedures.
• Relationship Management: build and deepen customer relationships with proactive service.
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: adhere to bank policies and regulations including BSA.
• Product Knowledge: maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank offerings and fees.
• Administrative Support: perform clerical tasks and front-desk duties.
