Job summary
Union Bank in West Central Arkansas is seeking a teller to deliver consistently exceptional customer service with a friendly, personal approach. Under supervision, you will handle deposits, cash transactions, and daily banking activities with accuracy and integrity.
You will maintain knowledge of products and digital services, promote convenient banking options, and ensure transactions comply with bank policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Sales experience, cash handling, customer service, banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Previous teller or banking/cash handling experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of bank products and services, including digital options, is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service by being friendly and engaging.
- Process teller transactions promptly and accurately.
- Handle deposits and cash transactions in compliance with bank policies.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and digital banking options.
- Assist customers in using banking products and digital services as needed.
- Enter deposits into the banking software system and verify endorsement and amounts.
