Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience, including CRE and C&I.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow commercial relationships.
• Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated organization, time management, and prospect management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial relationships and expand existing client connections.
• Manage a quality commercial loan portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Present credit recommendations and seek approval for exceptions when appropriate.
• Ensure loans are documented, closed, and maintained in compliance with regulations and bank policy.
• Proactively manage an existing portfolio of commercial relationships.
• Monitor credit quality and maintain up-to-date financial information on borrowers.
• Identify potential risks and take appropriate action to protect the bank's interests.
• Originate, structure, and close CRE and C&I loans.
