Qualifications

• 5 years lending experience with emphasis on commercial and/or agricultural loans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of all bank products and services.
• Grow your in‑house loan portfolio.
• Identify and develop profitable relationships with potential new customers by maintaining an aggressive call schedule.
• Cross‑sell bank products and refer customers, when appropriate, to other departments or affiliate banks.
• Assist in identifying and implementing new products and services.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
• Obtain loan applications, properly counsel applicants, analyze financial data, determine pricing and loan structure and make loan decisions.
