Qualifications

• Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
• 6+ Months of demonstrated cash handling experience
• Bilingual language skills
• Passionate and motivated self-starter
• A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
• Ability to think logically to analyze situations and make decisions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages such as cash back

Responsibilities

• As a Teller, you will operate as an individual contributor with clear direction and established processes.
• Provide support and service to clients in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
• Meet banking center sales and service goals and assist other departments when needed.
• Maintain accuracy and adhere to guidelines and policies.
• Build rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.
