Qualifications

• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships by conducting professional conversations to trust and credibility.
• Discover key life events to tailor bank products to clients.
• Recommend accounts, loans, and services matching financial needs.
• Promote bank products and services within and outside the bank.
• Refer to bank partners to generate additional revenue.
• Maintain risk controls and quality production.
• Follow procedures and keep to protocols for operations.
