Job summary

Financial Growth Partners is expanding in the Greater Richmond region and seeks motivated professionals to join as a Relationship Development Associate. The Opportunity

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Richmond Region.

As a Relationship Development Associate, you'll play an important role in expanding our presence in the community, strengthening client relationships, and helping create new business opportunities.

You'll gain hands-on experience, professional development, mentorship, and licensing support while building the foundation for a long-term career in financial services and wealth management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in relationship-building, client-facing, fundraising, sales, business development, or outreach activities
  • Interest in financial services, wealth management, or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services or a similar role is a plus
