As part of our Financial Planning Mastery Program, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from experienced advisors as you develop your expertise and build your practice.

This position requires a commitment to becoming fully licensed (Life & Health Insurance, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and residency in the Greater Boston area.

Earning Potential & Benefits:
  • Year 1: $90-125K (performance-based, uncapped)
  • Year 4+: $250K-$500K+ for top performers
