Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Relationship Banking Representative in Vermont to deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby and on the teller desk.

You will balance transactions, open accounts, and guide customers through digital tools while upholding bank policies and security standards. This role emphasizes listening, needs-based conversations, teamwork with branch partners, and participation in training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Internal product knowledge, teller, and platform training preferred.
• Ability to attend a 5–7-day initial training program; travel may be involved; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in person and at the desk.
• Balance cash drawers and process routine transactions accurately.
• Open new accounts and support service requests while educating on features and tools.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
• Support branch goals and participate in training and meetings.
