Job summary

Bank of America in Livermore, CA is seeking a customer-focused associate to be the first contact for financial center clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect them to specialists. You will support self-service and transactional activities while deepening relationships.

Role requires outbound outreach, consistent follow-up, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Training will occur at a financial center with potential relocation within a reasonable commuting distance after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client‑centric environment.
• Ability to obtain a notary commission in the state of work within a few months of start date.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions and guidance.
• Educates and trains clients on self-service transactions and digital tools.
• Optimizes client experience using available resources and processes.
• Follows established processes and regulatory requirements for account actions.
• Manages client interactions and outcomes with attention to accuracy and compliance.
