The SouthState Bank in Bamberg, SC seeks a Universal Banker who will serve as a full-service, single point of contact for customers, combining teller and FSR duties to deliver warm, personal service while contributing to account growth.

You will process transactions, open deposits and loans, enroll customers in self-service options, and support daily branch operations, while adhering to banking regulations and protecting customer information.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and computer skills; English literacy required.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers quickly, accurately and confidentially per service standards.
• Identify customer needs and expand relationships through referrals.
• Maintain neat work area and assist in training new tellers.
• Process transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including Regulation CC and BSA.
• Discuss self-service options and enroll customers in online tools.
