Job summary

You will open and close accounts, originate loans, educate clients on digital tools, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and teamwork in a supportive banking environment.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four to five or more years of job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open/close the branch
