Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year experience OR High School Diploma with 5+ years in sales, customer service, or lending; or 6 months in customer support at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Licenses/ Certifications: Series 6 or 7, 63 and state life licenses (where licensing is required) and completion of bank-sponsored licensing program within 12 months in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Achieve individual or team financial, production and relationship results per goals; engage customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach; represent the bank in the community to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Service Standards: Foster partnerships to deliver value; initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities; listen and ask questions to understand needs and provide guidance.
• Operations and Administration: Comply with regulations, bank policies, and delegated authorities; complete training; manage deposits with accuracy and efficiency; support risk and operational controls.
• Position Specific Skills: Apply structured sales process; provide financial guidance and expertise; demonstrate financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products.
