Job summary

BMO Retail Banking Sales & Service is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service in-branch. You will identify customer needs, advise on financial solutions, and collaborate with partners to meet business objectives.

You will conduct needs assessments, present tailored banking options (everyday banking, lending, home financing, small business solutions), promote digital channels, and ensure accurate data entry and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in retail investments and lending products.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers to understand personal banking and credit card needs and provides tailored solutions.
• Promotes digital and self-serve options to simplify banking for customers.
• Provides needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Ensures accurate data entry and lending application recommendations in compliance with policies.
