Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent
• US-specific: originator of consumer loans subject to regulatory requirements and registrations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills favored
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of personal and small business needs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifies needs and provides tailored financial solutions
• Engages with customers to grow loyalty through needs-based assessments and proactive outreach
• Works with branches and partners to deliver the customer experience and meet business objectives
• Provides guidance on digital/self-serve options and loan/investment products as appropriate
