- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
- Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.

- Engages customers to complete needs assessments and identify financial solutions across banking channels.
- Provides advice on everyday banking, lending, home financing, investments, and small business solutions.
- Delivers exceptional service and builds relationships within the community.
- Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and risk guidelines.
