Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
• Clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required for the role
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition by engaging walk-in clients, leads, and outbound outreach
• Engages clients with curiosity to uncover needs and priorities
• Explains banking options; highlights features, benefits, and risks
• Delivers personalized solutions and next steps to clients
• Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to risk and regulatory standards
• Educates clients on TD products, services, and digital capabilities
• Builds strong client relationships through personalized interactions
• Engages clients on mortgage products and residential lending opportunities
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures in all interactions

Education

High School Diploma
